How We Supply Frozen Meat to Vietnam
Six steps from your first enquiry to a reefer container arriving at a Vietnamese port, delivered CIF.
- 01
Your enquiry
Send the product, specification, packing, volume, destination port and target shipment date. Our minimum order is one 40' reefer container.
- 02
Sourcing and offer
We check availability with our US and European suppliers and send you a written CIF offer with price and shipment window.
- 03
Contract and payment
We confirm the contract, specification and payment terms, which are agreed per contract.
- 04
Production, loading and documents
The supplier produces the goods and loads them into a reefer container. We prepare and check the export documents.
- 05
Shipping to Vietnam
Goods ship CIF to Vietnam's main ports, and we keep you updated until arrival.
- 06
After arrival
If a problem comes up with quality or documents, contact us and we'll work it through with the supplier.

Vietnam import rules
Vietnamese import rules for frozen meat can change. Importers are responsible for their own import licences and customs clearance unless agreed otherwise in the contract.
